Creating Your First Gantt Chart
Getting started with Gantt Creative is simple! Follow these steps to create your first project timeline:
Start a New Project
Click the "New Project" button on your dashboard and give your project a name.Add Your Tasks
Click "Add Task" and enter your task details:- Task name
- Start date
- Duration or end date
- Assigned team member (optional)
Create Dependencies
Link tasks together by dragging from one task to another to show which tasks must be completed before others can start.Add Milestones
Mark important deadlines by clicking "Add Milestone" and choosing your milestone date and type.

Changing your Gantt Creative subscription is quick and easy. Here's how to upgrade or downgrade your plan:
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Account Settings
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings".Select "Billing & Plans"
Navigate to the billing section to see your current plan and available options.Choose Your New Plan
Select either Pro or Business plan based on your needs.Complete Payment
Enter your payment information and confirm the upgrade. You'll have immediate access to new features.

Downgrading Your Plan
If you need to downgrade:
- Follow the same steps as upgrading, but select a lower-tier plan
- Your plan will change at the end of your current billing cycle
- You'll retain access to premium features until the billing period ends
- Projects and data are never deleted, but some features may become unavailable

Don't Worry:
All your projects and data remain safe. If you exceed the limits of your new plan (like number of projects), you'll simply need to archive some projects or upgrade again to access them.

Inviting Team Members
Open Your Project
Navigate to the project you want to share with your team.Click "Share Project"
Look for the share button in the top-right corner of your project view.Add Team Members
Enter email addresses of team members you want to invite. They'll receive an email invitation to join your project.
